How to swap on SilentSwap

What is SilentSwap?

SilentSwap enables users to send and swap crypto in a private and non-custodial way. Squid powers cross-chain capabilities on SilentSwap so that users can silently swap any token across any supported chain. We’ve created a step-by-step guide for how to swap on SilentSwap.

How to swap on SilentSwap

Step 1 - Visit app.silentswap.com and connect your preferred wallet.

Step 2 - Once you’ve connected your wallet, choose your mode of privacy for the intended swap. The two available modes are:

• Semi-private: tracking the transaction is possible but not necessarily easy, so it is a lower-cost and faster option
• Max Privacy: enforces strict strict requirements on swap parameters to ensure funds are harder to trace back to origin

Note: We’ll be using “semi-private” mode for this guide. If you select “Max Privacy” mode, an additional section will appear for required swap parameters, as shown below.

Step 3 - Select your source chain and token and enter the amount of source token you’ll be swapping.

Step 4 - Select your destination chain and token and enter the recipient address that will receive destination tokens.

Step 5 - Review your privacy score and click “how to improve” for suggestions on how to enhance it. Once you’ve reviewed your order, click “execute swap” to submit your silent swap. Monitor your transaction in real-time and receive tokens in 5-20 minutes.
